Phone Numbers and SMS

As part of our service, we provision a dedicated phone number on your behalf. This number is used to send and receive SMS messages and calls as part of your automation system. Please note that this phone number is registered to Solvr's platform account, not to you personally. If your service with Solvr ends, this number remains with Solvr's account. We will inform you of this at the time of onboarding.

SMS messages sent through our system to your customers will include your business name and are sent on your behalf. Recipients may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you are a client of Solvr and for a reasonable period after the end of your service to meet legal, tax, and business record-keeping requirements. Lead and customer data processed on your behalf will be deleted or returned to you within 30 days of your service ending, upon written request.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, or modification. Our automation platform uses industry-standard encryption and access controls. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
